Not investment advice

BankValueHunter is for information only. It is not investment, legal, or tax advice. It is not a broker-dealer or an investment adviser, and it does not recommend buying, selling, or holding any security.

Bank figures come from public FDIC, FFIEC, and SEC sources. They can contain errors, revisions, and gaps. A missing value is shown as not available. We do not fill it in.

BankValueHunter does not provide stock prices. When a bank has a verified ticker, the page links to a Yahoo Finance quote. That is a third-party site we do not control. We do not fetch, scrape, or embed its data.

The price-to-tangible-book calculator uses the price you type, if you type one. That price is not saved. For banks with a verified SEC ticker, shares outstanding and per-share tangible book come from the holding company's SEC filings. Other tangible equity figures are bank-level: FDIC equity minus goodwill and other intangible assets. They are labeled that way and are not per share.

The Hunter Score is a mechanical screen. It ranks five FDIC ratios against banks of a similar size. A high score is not a statement that a bank is safe, cheap, or a good investment. Do your own research, and talk with a qualified adviser about your own situation.

Investing can lose money. Past call reports do not predict future results. You are responsible for your own decisions.
