By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. This wording may be updated, and the date at the top will change when it is.

The research is free to read

Bank and state pages are free. You may link to them. You may not copy the site, resell the scores, or present them as your own product. The underlying FDIC and SEC records are public. Our score, page design, and text are ours.

The site is for information only. It is not investment, legal, or tax advice. Read the disclaimer.

Pro, at $10 a month

The 5-day free Pro trial does not ask for a card. It starts after you sign in, and it cannot be started twice on the same account. When the trial ends, Pro stays off unless you subscribe. Pro is an optional monthly subscription billed by Stripe. It renews automatically at $10 a month until you cancel. It unlocks extra filters and spreadsheet downloads. Watchlists and email alerts are listed as coming soon and are not yet part of what you pay for. The public bank and state pages stay free.

Cancel anytime from your Account page. Canceling stops the next charge. We do not refund a partial month, except where the law requires a refund. If we bill you by mistake, email support@bankvaluehunter.com and we will correct it.

Accounts

You are responsible for the activity on your sign-in. Do not share your account. We may close an account that abuses the site, tries to break it, or uses it to mislead other people.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it so heavily that it stops working for others, or bypass the Pro checks. The data-refresh address requires a secret or an admin sign-in. Guessing at it is not allowed.

No warranty

The site is provided as is. Figures can be wrong, late, or missing. We do not promise that a score, a ticker, or a calculator result is accurate or fit for a particular purpose.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, BankValueHunter and its operator are not liable for lost money, lost profits, or other damages from using the site or being unable to use it.
